Do you have a very precise idea for your next 3D-printed animal or a very special project you want to realize? Perfect! With our custom printing service, we bring your ideas to life.
This product serves as a pure organizational aid for us and naturally costs you €0 at checkout. It is the digital starting signal for our collaboration.
Here's how to get your custom print, step-by-step:
- Order for free: Add this "Custom Print" product for €0 to your cart and complete the order as usual.
- Discuss details: After purchase, be sure to use our chat form directly here on the website to send us the details of your desired project.
- Receive an offer: We will discuss everything else in the chat and calculate the fair costs for your individual print.
- Invoice & Production: Once everything is finalized, we will send you an official Shopify invoice with the final price. We will then simply delete your €0 pre-order – keeping everything clear.
Important note on communication
Please send us all subsequent information, image templates, or change requests exclusively via our chat form on the website and not via email or Instagram. Due to the many daily messages, emails in the inbox or messages on social media can quickly get lost. Through the chat form, we can immediately assign your messages to your order – this guarantees that no information is lost!
We deliver all our prints without support structures, so you don't have unnecessary work and waste. Thanks to secure packaging of the models, damage rarely occurs.
We never ship our prints unprocessed (except for B-stock). This means they are pre-sanded by us to the extent that you won't have much work left to do. However, you will still have a little work before painting :).
Ready for Painting Service: If you choose the option "ready for painting including primer," you can start painting directly at home.
Our prints are not intended as toys. Small parts, among other things, could break off and be swallowed. We therefore recommend our products for ages 14 and up.
