Delivery times

• Depending on the order volume before your order and how many products you ordered from us, it takes approximately 7-21 working days for your prints to be ready :)
• If you use our prepping or painting/hairing service, it may unfortunately take longer. These services require some additional steps and are sometimes created in collaboration with other artists. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
• Similarly, depending on the level of detail of individual 1:6 scale models, which we now only print using the FDM printer, the necessary post-processing may also make the process take a little longer. However, you will receive your 1:6 scale horse without the typical printing grooves that occur with FDM printing (though small areas may still need to be sanded down yourself).

With all the scale specifications, you're probably asking yourself: Which scale is the right one for me? We hope that the following information and the image can help you with your decision. Of course, we are happy to answer any further questions you may have.

H0 1:87 = Model building scale for model railways. Gauge 0 / back height approx. 1.8cm

1:64 = Micro model horse size / back height approx. 2.3-2.5cm

1:32 = back height approx. 4.5-5cm

1:24 and 1:20 = Suitable for figures from the manufacturer Schleich. Back between 7 and 8.5cm

1:18 = Fits perfectly with Collecta horses in terms of size / back height approx. 9-9.5cm

1:16 = Model horse size / back height approx. 10-10.5cm

1:12 = Fits Classic model horses / back height approx. 13.5cm-14cm

1:9 = Fits Breyer's Traditional series horses / back height approx. 18-19cm

1:6 = Fits Mr.Z brand horses / back height approx. 28-29cm

Explanation of the Bookable Additional Services

You've probably come across the terms "requiring your own finishing" and "completely ready for painting, including primer." Unfortunately, there has sometimes been confusion in the past, which is why we want to explain the difference between these terms again here:

If you order a figure requiring your own finishing, you will most likely still find areas that you need to sand before painting. However, we take great care to ensure that even with this option, you receive a well-prepared print that doesn't require too much effort from you. We, of course, cure hollow prints from the inside, and we also seal all holes from the internal curing process (except for a ventilation hole in a hidden spot, which must remain open).

If you order your figure completely ready for painting, including primer, then we prepare the print so that you can start painting immediately. We also apply a primer.

Painted prints are currently only available for horses. However, this service must be booked separately (Product -> Painting Service for Model Horses).

We are working on being able to offer painting for animal models as an additional service in the future :)

Do you have an order request that is not listed in our shop? That's no problem. With our machines, we can also specifically implement your wishes. For example, do you want your cat as a 3D print or do you have your own file that you would like to have printed? Or would you prefer a special size or a specific color for the print? We would be happy to advise you on our options and prices :)
