Our manufacturing processes
You've probably come across the terms resin print or FDM print on our site before. Here, we'd like to briefly introduce both methods so you can decide which one is best for you.
Resin Print:
Resin prints are made with UV resin. We exclusively use ABS resin for our figures. Resin renders the finest details with excellent precision, and it is also significantly more stable compared to standard resin. Much less post-processing is required here compared to FDM printing. It is therefore particularly suitable for figures, jewelry, finely detailed objects, transparent prints, etc. Here is an example image of one of our resin prints:

Here we show you the manufacturing process of a resin print. We carefully prepare all our resin prints before they reach the customer. Our hollow prints are additionally cured from both the outside and inside. We also ensure a smooth print image, even without harsh sanding marks.
Should there be any quality defects in a delivery, please feel free to contact us :).

FDM Printing:
FDM prints are considerably more stable than resin prints and are made of plastic. The FDM printer creates objects by stacking multiple small plastic lines that bond together, gradually forming the object. Unfortunately, for smaller scales, such as figures, this printing technique is nowhere near as precise and clean as a resin printer, but it has no problems with larger objects (e.g., 1:6 model horses or large busts). The definite disadvantage of this printing variant is the post-processing (the small print grooves remain visible after printing). To achieve a completely smooth surface, extensive sanding is required, and optionally, working with spray filler (which significantly reduces sanding time). Once this work is done, FDM prints can also be very smooth. However, you will always receive our FDM prints pre-processed, so you won't have to do all the sanding yourself :).
